Full Service Event Packages

Is Delivery and Set Up Included? What about Tear Down?

Delivery is based on the location of the event. There is no additional fee if you are within a 20 mile radius from 25420, if your event is held  >20 miles: a distance fee of $1.50 per mile (roundtrip) will be added to your invoice. All full service event packages include set up and installation. 

 

Pick up/tear down is included in most of our package pricing. It is not included in "The Focal Point." Clients may choose to return the backdrop within 72 hours of the event, or opt for a same day pick up for an additional flat fee of $50.00.

How much time will you need
for Set Up?

For full-service events, a minimum of 1-3 hours is typically recommended. Though this will be dependent on your package selection and venue allowances. We will discuss this during our planning process.

Do I keep my Balloons?

Yes! Any balloon installations are yours to keep! You may decide to pop, reuse, sell, or donate to community businesses or a non-profit: the decision is yours. We do ask that balloons are never released, and are disposed of properly.

What is your Payment Schedule?

After inquiring, you will receive a contract and invoice via email. No event is confirmed until a contract is signed and a confirmation deposit of 50% of the total invoice is received. The remaining balance is to be paid in full, 1 week prior to the event date. Details of payment options will be outlined on your invoice. 

Rental Packages

How long is the Rental Period?

Our rentals are for a minimum of a 24 hour period. On occasion, based on our delivery schedule, venue availability and client wishes we are able to deliver earlier than the day-of and pick up in the days after your event.

Please check with us if you are looking for rentals for longer than just a day! 

Can I pick up my Rentals?

Yes! Wildflowers & Whimsy offers porch pick-up and return on select items. All items for pick-up will be wrapped and packed for safe travel. You will be provided with a packing list of items, as well as any day of instructions. It's a 6 day rental window, Wednesday-Monday. Days added will be an additional fee. There is a $100 minimum on orders.

Do you require a Rental Minimum?

Our delivery minimum varies based on the distance from Gerrardstown, WV.

Within 25 miles : $250 minimum
26-50 miles : $600 minimum
51-100 miles : $1000 minimum

What happens if something is lost or damaged?

Any items that are lost or damaged beyond repair are billed at 2x the rental rate and payment is due 14 days after the event. 

In the event that the item can be repaired or cleaned, you will be billed for the cost of the rental rate.
