Full Service Event Packages
Is delivery, setup, and breakdown included?
Delivery is based on your event location, with no fee applied within a 20-mile radius of 25420. Events beyond this range will incur a distance fee of $1.50 per mile.
Most full-service packages include setup, installation, and breakdown. Final inclusions will be outlined within your selected package.
How much time is needed for setup?
Setup typically requires 1–3 hours, depending on your package, event size, and venue access. We’ll coordinate all timing details with you during the planning process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Do I get to keep the balloons?
Yes! All balloon installations are yours to keep after the event.
You’re welcome to reuse, repurpose, or share them—we simply ask that balloons are never released and are disposed of responsibly.
What is your payment schedule?
Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive a contract and invoice via email.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date

Rental Services
How long is the rental period?
Standard rentals are for a 48-hour event period, with flexible pickup and return timing based on availability.
If you need extended rental time, we’re happy to accommodate when possible.
Can I pick up my rentals?
Yes! Many items are available for porch pickup and return.

Do you have a minimum for delivery orders?
Yes—delivery minimums vary based on distance from Gerrardstown, WV:

Within 25 miles: $250 minimum

26–50 miles: $600 minimum

51–100 miles: $1,000 minimum
What happens if something is lost or damaged?
Items that are lost or damaged beyond repair will be billed at 2x the rental rate, with payment due within 14 days.
If an item can be repaired or cleaned, only the cost of repair or cleaning will be charged.
